 Caroline Ceniza-Levine, Co-Founder


Caroline Ceniza-Levine is a career expert and media personality and co-founder of SixFigureStart® career coaching. Caroline is a career columnist for and formerly wrote for,, CNBC, and Portfolio. She is the creator of online courses — Behind The Scenes In The Hiring Process, and Making FIRE Possible – and is the author of Jump Ship: 10 Steps To Starting A New Career.. Caroline has been a repeat guest expert on CBS, CNN, CNBC, and Fox Business and has been quoted in major media outlets, including BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Fortune, Inc, NPR, and Success Magazine.

As an executive coach, Caroline has worked with executives from Amazon, American Express, Condé Nast, Goldman Sachs, Google, McKinsey, Tesla, and other leading firms. Caroline also teaches professional development and negotiation courses at Columbia University. Prior to co-founding SixFigureStart® in 2008, Caroline spent 15 years in strategy consulting, executive search, and HR.

A classically-trained pianist at Juilliard and Manhattan School of Music, Caroline stays active in the arts, performing stand-up comedy and producing horror and sci/fi with FBC Films. A native New Yorker, Caroline now resides in FL and Costa Rica and blogs about her journey to the land of Pura Vida on Costa Rica FIRE.

Connie Thanasoulis-Cerrachio, Co-Founder

Connie, a career coach, writer, speaker, Gen Y expert and co-founder of SixFigureStart®, has a 25-year career with leading Fortune 500 companies including Merrill Lynch, Pfizer and Citigroup. Most recently, Connie was the Chief Operating Officer for Merrill Lynch Campus Recruiting, where she helped to streamline the campus recruiting efforts in the United States, with that of Europe and the Pacific Rim regions.

Connie has contributed career columns for,, and and is the author of “Six Steps To Job Search Success” (2011, Flat World Knowledge). Connie teaches Professional Development at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and her career advice and job market insights have been extensively quoted including mentions in ABC, Crain’s NY, BusinessWeek,, and WNYC radio.

Connie is a graduate of New York University. Prior to recruiting, she held a variety of positions in both marketing and sales.

Sharon holds a M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology, minor in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany. Liz Colodny, Career Coach

Liz ColodnyLiz Colodny led corporate staffing efforts for 20 years, and then established a consulting business focused on recruitment and coaching executives and professionals globally from all industries and functional areas. As a coach, her expertise includes job search strategy, effective networking, interviewing, résumé, cover letter and LinkedIn profile development, offer negotiation and on-boarding. In addition to coaching through career transitions, Liz helps clients to navigate successfully in their current environments. She earned her MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and her BA at The University of Chicago. Liz is a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Professional Résumé Writer.
