Caroline Ceniza-Levine is a career expert and media personality as co-founder of SixFigureStart® career coaching and Costa Rica FIRE, a travel, real estate and FIRE site. Caroline also teaches professional development and negotiation courses at Columbia University. Prior to co-founding SixFigureStart® in 2008, Caroline spent 15 years in strategy consulting, executive search, and HR.

Connie Thanasoulis-Cerrachio, Co-Founder
Connie, a career coach, writer, speaker, Gen Y expert and co-founder of SixFigureStart®, has a 25-year career with leading Fortune 500 companies including Merrill Lynch, Pfizer and Citigroup. Most recently, Connie was the Chief Operating Officer for Merrill Lynch Campus Recruiting, where she helped to streamline the campus recruiting efforts in the United States, with that of Europe and the Pacific Rim regions.
Connie has contributed career columns for CNBC.com, Vault.com, and Wetfeet.com and is the author of “Six Steps To Job Search Success” (2011, Flat World Knowledge). Connie teaches Professional Development at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and her career advice and job market insights have been extensively quoted including mentions in ABC News.com, Crain’s NY, BusinessWeek, Forbes.com, and WNYC radio.
Connie is a graduate of New York University. Prior to recruiting, she held a variety of positions in both marketing and sales.
Katie Volz, Career Coach
Katie Volz works with individuals to assess their career interests and prepare them for the job market. She was formerly the Director of Career Counseling and Operations for NYU’s Stern School of Business and has also worked as a Career Counselor for Yale University. Sharon Small, Career Coach

Liz Colodny led corporate staffing efforts for 20 years, and then established a consulting business focused on recruitment and coaching executives and professionals globally from all industries and functional areas.
