Summary: Boutique recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Recruiter to work remotely about 20 hours/week. The Recruiter will be responsible for finding qualified candidates for our open positions in the administrative and HR space utilizing LinkedIn, other social media, networking, and our ATS. The Recruiter will be responsible for gathering candidate’s contact information and resume, inputting candidate into the ATS, conducting initial phone screen, and presenting candidate to the Partner for next steps. The Recruiter will also call into team meetings in order to gain updated information on searches.
Requirements: Must have experience as a Recruiter either in-house or agency side with a proven track record of sourcing qualified candidates for similar types of roles. Experience sourcing for Administrative Support roles a plus. Must be fast-paced and detail oriented. Need great communication and technical skills.
Compensation: $20-25/hour plus a placement bonus for each candidate you find that gets placed by one of our Recruiters. Placement bonus would be structured differently for a candidate in a permanent placement versus a temporary placement.
